Exchanges/returns are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered, or washed, and are in brand new condition with all original packaging (please note: we can not accept items back that have any odor -such as perfume, smoke, etc.). Exchanges/returns are accepted within 21 days of the shipping date, if they were purchased from this web site. Merchandise postmarked after 21 days may be refunded in the form of a credit to our web site and may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
Please note: We cannot refund shipping and handling charges (unless, of course, we have sent you the wrong items).
1. Pack items neatly in an appropriate package (hopefully the one we sent you).
2. We urge you to use "Priority Mail" (we find it to be the best value) or a comparable carrier that generates tracking numbers.
3. We recommend insuring your package for the full value of its contents, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
4. We will notify you via e-mail when your package is processed.
5. Please include a copy of the receipt and a note explaining what you would like us to exchange for (colors, sizes, etc.) or if you would like a refund.
